This comes after he revealed that his organization’s website had been hacked, leading to the significant financial loss. The recovery marks a key development in his efforts to address the theft.
In an update shared on Instagram, Verydarkman expressed gratitude for the support he received from the public during the investigation. He thanked those who reached out to check on him and acknowledged the progress made in retrieving part of the stolen funds. He also confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, with authorities working to locate the suspect’s accomplice, who is said to have fled to Ghana.
Verydarkman disclosed that, despite recovering a significant portion of the funds, the investigation is far from over. He expressed hope that his team would soon be able to apprehend the accomplice and bring them to justice, revealing that plans are being made to travel to Ghana for further action.
The social critic remained optimistic about the progress made so far, reassuring the public that he is committed to ensuring the full recovery of the stolen funds. “Thanks to God and all those who stood by me, we have managed to recover N78 million,” he shared.
