Colombian youngster and top tier striker, Jhon Durán is set to join Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahçe for €10m. The talented striker joined Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr from Aston Villa in January 2025. A move which many fanbase criticised the player’s career choice.
Durán since joining Al Nassr has recorded 8 goals in 13 match appearance. With less than a year in Al Nassr, the player is yet on the move to Turkey. Fenerbahçe are now closing in on the deal after green light from Al Nassr for the Colombian striker to leave the club.
Director Özek, is set to agree full terms with Durán and bring him to Fenerbahçe. The Super Lig club side ended the season top of the table at second position. Fenerbahçe currently building a super ten for the next season, believes Durán’s profile fits into José Mourinho’s plans for the team.
