Ondo State Governor Approves Bursaries and Scholarships for Tertiary Students

The Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has recently announced that his administration will be providing bursaries and scholarships to students from Ondo State who are studying in universities and Nigerian Law Schools. This decision is aimed at supporting students with financial aid to help them complete their education.

These included representatives from the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), the National Association of University Students (NAUS), the National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), the National Female Students Association, and other student groups from Ondo State. During the meeting, the governor responded positively to the concerns and requests raised by these student leaders. He assured them that the process to distribute the bursaries and scholarships had already started and would be completed in a few weeks. This means that students will soon begin receiving the financial support they need.

In addition to discussing bursaries and scholarships, Governor Aiyedatiwa addressed several other important issues that affect students. One of the topics he covered was the provision of buses for student organizations.
