The Chief Executive Officer of CDV Properties and Development Limited, Chief Charles Mba, has lauded the Enugu State governor, Peter Mbah, for his exceptional performance in office. Charles Mba hailed Governor Mbah as the “working governor” who has been steadfast in his commitments and has been fulfilling his campaign pledges.
In a press release issued to journalists on Tuesday, Chief Mba extolled Governor Mbah’s progressive initiatives in Enugu State, highlighting the governor’s relentless efforts in elevating the state into a center of economic vitality. He emphasized that Governor Mbah’s governance approach is a welcome change, bringing a clear sense of purpose and vision to the state’s administration.

“Governor Mbah is a man of integrity, and he has been executing an outstanding job in Enugu State,” Chief Mba declared. “He is diligently working to honor his electoral promises, and his endeavors are yielding favorable outcomes. The state is experiencing a new phase of growth, and we are honored to be part of it.”
Chief Mba specifically praised Governor Mbah for his endeavors in infrastructure development, education, and healthcare. He underscored that the governor’s investments in these sectors are bearing fruit, making the state a more favorable environment for residents and investors alike.
“Governor Mbah’s dedication to the advancement of Enugu State is resolute, and we take pride in our association with him. We have confidence that under his stewardship, the state will thrive and set an example for other states in the nation.”

Chief Mba’s accolade of Governor Mbah comes at a time when the governor is commemorating his first year in office. The governor’s inaugural year has been characterized by notable accomplishments, including the completion of various infrastructure projects, the establishment of new industries, and enhancements in healthcare and education services within the state.
Governor Mbah’s leadership style has been characterized as inclusive and participatory, engaging stakeholders and residents to ensure inclusivity in the state’s governance. His administration has been lauded for its transparency and accountability, with the governor ensuring prudent use of the state’s resources for the benefit of all residents.
With Chief Mba’s commendation, it is evident that Governor Mbah’s contributions to Enugu State have not gone unnoticed. Stakeholders and residents alike have acknowledged the governor’s diligence and commitment to the state’s development, with expectations that he will continue fulfilling his campaign commitments in the years to come.
