Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has called on fans to help her latest movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa, cross the N2 billion mark at the box office. In a lighthearted post, she clarified that while the film has already grossed N1.8 billion, a significant portion of the earnings is shared with cinemas, tax authorities, and distributors.

Akindele’s movies have consistently performed well in Nigerian cinemas, with her previous projects breaking records. Everybody Loves Jenifa continues her streak as one of the country’s most bankable filmmakers.
