The Naira appreciated immensely against the dollar on Thursday at the official foreign exchange market.
According to foreign exchange rates in the official market, the Naira gained significantly against the dollar on Thursday.
The Naira strengthened by N12.5 against the dollar on a day-to-day basis when compared to 1,359.32 per dollar and compared to N1,371.82 recorded on Thursday.
This comes as the foreign exchange dropped further to $48.89 billion against the dollar.
Recall that on Wednesday, the Naira appreciated against the dollar.
