Mohamed Salah has agreed to a new contract with Liverpool, securing his place at Anfield beyond the 2024-25

season. The Egyptian forward, who joined the club in 2017 from AS Roma, continues to impress, scoring 32 goals and

contributing 22 assists across all competitions this season.

His performances include 27 Premier League goals, making him the league’s current top scorer. Salah, who has

become one of Liverpool’s greatest-ever players, expressed his excitement about continuing his journey at the club,

citing the team’s potential to win more trophies. “I had the best years in my career here,” he said, looking forward to

potentially reaching ten years at the club.

The forward is already third on Liverpool’s all-time top scorer list, with 243 goals in 394 appearances. During his time at Anfield, he has helped the Reds secure seven major trophies, including the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA Club World Cup.
