Nigerian singer Speed Darlington has issued a bold Speed Darlington NAPTIP response following his recent public declaration as wanted.
NAPTIP accused the artist of alleged crimes including rape, cyberbullying, and other offences, releasing a warrant last Friday online.

In a viral YouTube video posted Monday, Speed Darlington NAPTIP response showed defiance and complete dismissal of all allegations.
The singer insisted he had committed no offence, declaring that all he had done was freely express himself online.
“I’m not coming. You hear me? I’m not coming. I have not committed any crime,” he declared on video.
Speed Darlington accused the agency of using him to gain social media relevance by targeting a controversial public figure.
He challenged NAPTIP’s evidence, asking for names, witnesses, and proof of wrongdoing to justify the agency’s viral announcement.
“You want to use me to collect clout? To say you summoned a celebrity and he came?” he questioned.
He likened NAPTIP’s action to manipulation, saying the invitation required compensation before he would even consider showing up.
He said, “I charge 2.5 million for appearances. Roundtrip tickets and pay me, then maybe I show up.”

In defending his actions, Speed Darlington referenced an earlier livestream and insisted no crime occurred during the broadcast.
“There is no evidence. There is no crime. So me coming here is just wasting my own time,” he stated.
The Speed Darlington NAPTIP response has since sparked debate online, with users questioning both the agency’s process and intent.
NAPTIP’s official Instagram post described Darlington as wanted and asked for information leading to his arrest and cooperation.
