The Minister of State for Works, Barrister Bello Muhammad Goronyo, made this assertion during an inspection of the Sokoto-Gusau-Funtua-Zaria-Kaduna federal road project on Wednesday.

Speaking at the Talata Mafara-Sokoto section of the project, Goronyo emphasized the road’s significance in connecting the northwest region, fostering agriculture, commerce, and creating job opportunities for youths. He noted that these infrastructure projects align with the government’s vision to provide basic amenities for Nigerians.

Highlighting President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, Goronyo described him as a technocrat and visionary leader focused on advancing the country’s economic growth under the renewed hope agenda. The minister assured citizens that the administration prioritizes their needs for sustainable development.

Goronyo expressed satisfaction with the progress of the road project and commended the contractor for adhering to specifications. He urged them to maintain their pace and commitment to completing the work on schedule.
