As per a statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, the individual in question, upon confirmation of mental stability following the examination, will face charges in court for the act of attempted suicide, disruption of public tranquility, and instigation, as stipulated in sections 231, 111, and 114 of the Penal Code Act.
